SERDI RV3000+

High precision centerless valve refacing machine.
Its double V-operation, instead of the traditional use of pilers of chucks, brings to very accurate results and is extremely easy. The peculiar valve locking system can be applied on a wide range of engines.

The model RV3000+ has and improved design for better ergonomy compared to the standard version:

- Adjustable travel stop system on the sliding plate to ensure that the operator doesn’t contact the valve stem with the wheel edge
- Integration of a clamping handle to setup fastly the valve stop
- Integration of the of the flexible hose on the valve support unit allowing to keep a consistent coolant flow over the valve
- New universal support allowing the mounting of valve guides to regrind valve tips more accurately than before.
