SG330M SERDI SURFACING MACHINE

MILLING PLATE
The machine is supplied with a Ø 330 mm milling plate, on which is assembled a tool holder compatible with Ø9.52 mm CBN or PCD cutting inserts.
CBN insert is dedicated to iron cast cutting whereas PCD insert is dedicated to machining cutting.

SWINGING MACHINING HEAD
The Ø330 mm milling plate swing allows machining of heads or blocks with the following dimensions:
- 700x180 mm
- 600x225 mm
- 500x260 mm
- 400x285 mm
- 350x300 mm

TWO VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVES
Tool rotation as well as swinging head are independantly driven by two Siemens variabl frequency drives.
